ALL international parcels are subject to custom fees, the value will depend on where you are based. This is something outside of our control. If you wish for your package to be marked at a lower value please advise. This will reduce your parcel insurance which you will be liable for.

We offer worldwide postage on all our products. If you are ordering more than 1x pair and not based in the UK please contact us via Instagram @MDBoots & we will be able to assist you with your postage cost.

Any items ordered from outside of the UK could be subject to Custom Import charges upon delivery. These are not paid by us and the responsibility is down to the buyer as this is something that is out of our control.

Customs Fees & Import Charges
 We are not responsible for paying any customs or import fees your country may charge. If you are required to pay an import or customs fee, this is your responsibility. If additional fees do occur, the courier will send a notice via email, text message, or paper notice for any import fees that may be assessed.

If you fail to pay your countries customs fees, and the item is delivered back to us for failure to pay and adhere to the guidelines, you must pay the shipping cost again to receive your item. However, if the courier charge us to send the item back to us this charge will then be deducted from your total refund if you wish to no longer go ahead with the purchase.
